Good vibe at the rooftop bar, and the retractable roof is a nice touch. They sometimes have DJs, which adds a festive ambiance but makes it harder to talk. I liked the lamb souvlaki bowl and the steak sandwich special (hopefully they add the steak sandwich to the regular menu). The chicken schnitty was fine, just not as memorable. Service was good, and the bathrooms were clean, which I always appreciate. Overall, a solid spot — I wouldn’t mind going back.☺️

Thank you for the exceptional hospitality for our corporate lunch group of 20 yesterday! Although we booked the rooftop, the team seamlessly relocated us due to the heat, and Sebastian and his colleagues ensured everything ran perfectly and we were well looked after. Everyone had a great time, and we’ll definitely be back! P.s Thank you also to the chefs for all the extra's we asked for: sauces, fresh cut lemon, changes to orders to accommodate dietaries etc. We really did feel looked after :-)

Excellent place to visit to sit outside and enjoy their massive range of draught beers (16!) and great food too. Relaxing and great central location too.

Was charged $32.50 for a beer and sparkling water. Turns out I was charged for 2 beers, the bartender said they’d refund this but never showed up. The other bartender couldn’t understand us, and was live streaming the bar and customers faces to TikTok without the customers knowledge or permission.

Am Anfang dachten wir: Oh my God... Aber beim ersten Besuch stellten wir fest: Gutes Essen für einen Pub und tolle Atmosphäre. Vier Abende in Folge zum Essen dort gewesen. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt.

This place was really crowded and not enough space. We had to squish into a small circle table With a family of 4 and it wasn't comfortable at all. I wasn't happy at all except for the food I was happy with but that was only because I was hungry.

We visited all 3 levels. The rooftop bar is very nice, DJ is playing some good music on Saturday evening. Then we went down one level to watch the rugby union and met 2 Wallaby legends. The next day, we visited the bar on the ground floor and had a few beers after a full day sightseeing.

Had a Tue special ramp steak for a reasonable price. The meat is harder however well cooked. Not too bad of a steak meal.

The portions are on the smaller side and there was barely any fish in my fish and chips … otherwise well- cooked, dine here if you’re not that hungry….

Small yet vibrant rooftop bar that isn't too fancy. The visible pipes and hydraulics gives it a 'raw' feel like a standard casual pub juxtaposed against the 'bar' with the full shelter which makes Taylor's Rooftop very different, especially for one that plays live music with a dance space. Thanks to the team for reserving several high tables along with flexible start times and keeping the music at a conversational volume - the fried chicken burgers were really succulent!

Very modern dining room with warm and attentive service. Starting with the bread, everything was well above expectations,the oysters were very fresh and the crumbed prawns were cooked perfectly (the pictures don't do it justice). We each had steak with truffle sauce and the steaks were cooked perfectly but the truffle lacked smell. Loved the mushy peas and chips. Wines were fairly priced and we were too full for dessert...
